It is an honored to have been a part of telling this important story on human trafficking with Photographers Without Borders and telling the world what HAART Kenya is doing to address human trafficking, amplifying survivor stories and raising awareness.

Telling these types of stories is so important and when they resonate with larger audiences, it feels like we are making a huge difference.
This film reflects a powerful reminder that filmmakers and photographers are visionary story tellers. We can’t sit back and tell a story researching on the web. We have to go to the story. We have to take risks, and we have to win the trust of people who might not have any reason to trust us. And we have to be able to show you the story in a way that makes you hungry to know more in order to drive social change.
Supporting NGOs like HAART, volunteering with a local organization working to fight this horrific crime or learning more about trafficking in your own backyard can help save a life. How will you get involved?
